I used my points for an Amazon $10.00 code. It's been months now and Still have gotten my discount code or even a card gift gift card. All I get is checks in the mail Give me a break! Why not send a gift card instead? Too many folks are complaining of the same problem so someone is dropping the Ball hard and doesn't care. I'm requesting that someone look into this and provide what I deserve instead of a Trouble Ticket# that goes into the circular file. In addition give an ETA instead of. this ticket will remain open until solved. I.hope you won't wait until I meet Jesús. Where's the quality control in reference to customer service?

    Same here. Only open tickets and once I even got one that said that my request has been updated but it never gave me the update and I still don’t have my gift card. They are such a scam.

    Too many complaints, so many people waiting in line but they don’t care at all, other apps take only 2-3 days to send codes but 5Miles only sends emails telling people to keep waiting😡

    I have several orders that have not shown up. I contact c.s. and don't even get a response back! How does one start a lawsuit on a company like this?

    Redeemed my points back in august 2023 for Amazon $20 gift card, still nothing. Have enough points to get another $10, guaranteed I won’t be receiving that either if I redeem it

    5 MILE is fraudulent. I wouldn't bet or purchase anything on it. As far as checks are concerned on unsolved problem Tickets, yeah right! I hate this RIP Off App! 🤬🤬

    I finally got my $10 gift card on march 29th but they pulled all the gift cards off of the app, now we only have to use our coins for 5miles credits… it is time to delete the app now.
