No Amazon gift card !

I had over 20,000 coins. It took me months to collect this and I redeemed my 20 dollar Amazon gift card on the 10th and they took all my coins and I havnt recieved any email about it. I even message them about it and heard nothing. I’m super frustrated about to delete this app . I see a lot of people never received their gift cards as well. Super annoying .

  I am in the same boat been waiting since November 8 2023 opening a claim and was told they are taking care of it and will get the$20.00 amazon gift card reached out multiple times with the same result This is CRAP

  Just adding that I'm also waiting on my $20 gift card.
  I've had issues redeeming it in 2022 but still got in within a month.
  This time around they are completely ignoring us.
