  I've been waiting also ... I even sent a email to customer service and have not received any response! I'm very disappointed that I did not receive the$110 Amazon gift card or a reply... I spent months collecting coins for nothing!!!!

  I have gotten gift cards in the past but the last one I tried to redeem 9999 coins for has not been processed in over 2 weeks. I suited a ticket and got a replybsayingnnotntinworry in would definitely get the card... since then no communication back and I have sent 4 or 5 more messages asking for follow up. Anyone know why they are being so horrible at communicating lately?

  I redeemed my $5 Amazon gift card almost a week ago and also send an email to customer service. Haven’t heard anything back.

  They used to send digital codes that would come to your email and be in the chat under notifications. It's been about a year since I redeemed coins, but this oneni tried in Dec 2023 has pretty much been ignored.
