    This is my fifth time contacting you and would really like an explanation as to why I can’t get my issue resolved. I traded in my coins for a $20 Amazon gift card and I still haven’t received it. Please either provide me with the gift card or refund my coins back to my account. Thank you

    I also still haven't received my Amazon gift card, now that I see multiple people having the same thing being done to. Maybe it's time to get a lawyer involved to start a multiple law suit on 5 mile.

    I’ve been waiting over three months to get mine. They owe me three different cards. They also took away earning rewards from looking at items on 5miles as well as counting them differently. With the app updates it’s supposed to improve things not make them worse. Hopefully they fix everyone’s problems soon.

    I'm 77 days in waiting for my gift card. Multiple emails and the same generic auto response. 5miles must have gone out of business?

    I've been waiting as well 5 months I believe at this point they are a scam, everything sold is counterfeit on here and they don't give 2 F. U. C. K. S about us I say BOYCOTT this F'ing App

    Its a huge scam i NEVER EVER get my gift cards after claiming my point and if you message them case stay open they dont help .... useless

    Same. Contact 3 times, now won't even answer back. Where is my Amazon gift card I've been waiting 4 months for. What a scam. Is there anyone else to report this to?

    I have been waiting for a month and a half for a gift card and they were saying it was being worked on but now they are not even responding. Looks like this is a complete waste of time and energy. I am not even bothering anymore

    I turned in my points for on Amazon gift card 3 weeks later I never received it, after contacting them twice I got a reply saying somebody will get back with me soon well they did and still two weeks after that I do not have my gift card. I told them if I don't get my gift card I will give a bad review it seemed they didn't care or don't waste your time because you won't get your reward

    I've been waiting for my Amazon Gift card to arrive also ... I even sent a email to customer service and have not received any response! I'm very disappointed that I did not receive the $10 Amazon gift card or a reply... I spent months collecting coins for nothing!!!

    Review this app and the failure to get the Amazon card rewards on Google Play. Also file complaint with BBB. Don't stay silent. Everyone needs to know they can't be trusted with this so how can they be trusted with anything else??
