$5 amazon gift card not received

I claimed my $5 amazon gift card and never received its more than a month with several emails back and forth and I asked for a supervisor and never got a reply back and that's illegal not to reply and also not to give gift cards as you promote

  Same, I redeemed my points for $20 Amazon card. It’s been about a month now. I’ve emailed multiple times, was told I’ll receive it once they have it in stock. Asked for updates but they stopped replying to my emails in general so I don’t know what’s going on. Hopefully they come through with everyone’s gift cards

  Same here, I have been waiting for almost 2 months for a gift card and they do not even respond anymore. Seems like a total scam now. Up until this time I usually got them within a day or two but now it has been a month since customer service even responded to me

  Same here. First few times I didn’t receive the gift cards and contacted them I received them the next day. This time it has been at least 2 months

  I redeemed my points for $10 Amazon card. It’s been more month now. I’ve emailed multiple times, was told I’ll receive it once they have it in stock. I have been waiting for the gift card or an email informing me when will they send my Amazon card.

  Yo no he recibido mi compra y pienso que ya no la voy a recibir pues dicen que ya la entregaron el 8 de Septiembre cuando según yo tenía entendido que iba a llegar el 6 de Octubre ni el 6 ni el 8 aquí no ha llegado nada y no se que hacer

  Same here. Redeem $10 Amazon GC and still haven’t gotten it yet. Seems like they gave up on this app and now it’s just a pure scam
