    I redeemed my points on October 9th, its been over a month but still didn’t get it

    I redeemed $55 in Amazon gift cards a month ago, and all I get is either (a) no response to my emails or (b) excuses. The latest excuse is that their gift codes are "not in stock". How can an electronic gift code be out of stock? Either they have it or they don't...and I seriously doubt that Amazon would delay getting the codes (credits) to them if this company has paid for them. I'm beginning to also think that 5 miles is scamming people. I am going to file a consumer fraud complaint with my state's Attorney General..and suggest others who have been treated this way do the same.
