I redeemed my points June 20th and Camille on this app doesn't even respond anymore. I get an automated response like a robot that they have great news and I will be receiving an email soon with my gift card. And guess what?? No gift card has been found or given to me even after numerous emails. I have several screenshots! This is ridiculous. I never get upset until now. So what is Camille the only person ya have on 5 miles app that can help people when we have a problem?? Very pathetic! Where's the customer service or support. I want my gift card! I would also appreciate working with someone else and not Camille. She is a waste of time. No thanks to Camille, Maria Garcia
