5miles lack of technical support.
Almost a month ago I stopped getting notifications, I contacted 5miles support and Denise replied giving me simple instructions. Make sure settings are correct, clear cashe, deleted the app, reinstalled the app and restarted my phone. I did all that. But I still don’t get notifications so ! I kept asking 5miles support only to have Denise reply with the same response over and over so ! I think I might be taking to a robot. I don’t know what else to do to get the notifications issue resolved, I will keep trying and hope that maybe I’ll get real support this time. If someone has any suggestions, please let me know. Thanks.
