  on December 16th I redeemed 19999 points for a $20 Amazon gift card and still havnt received it. How do I find out whats going on

  I did not receive $40 in gift cards last year. They were tent to a dead nonexistent account. I can't get anyone to look at the event to see that the cards were sent to an address that does not exist. I waited 4 months and talked to them for 6 month. Finally they said it has been 10 months, they sent them to my address. Basically ending the conversation and aparently blocked me so I cannot start a new conversation.
