How do I see offers?

My item listing shows I have an offer. I've no offer showing in my notifications/chat section on the app (android) only 1 question asking if this item is still available. I've cleared this apps cache and reinstalled it even but to no avail. Is this a long running bug for the app? I see posts 3 years old with the same problem.

  I have the same problem. My store activity says I have an offer but I dont know where to go to see offers.
