Rewards Not Showing Up

When you touch to get into the rewards it shows some kind of research instead of the options for rewards. I have a screenshot but it won’t let me add it here.

  Why no video get extra coins? I've uninstalled the app and reinstall installed it. Still no video to get extra coins

  Since 1st week of may 2023 i have NOT RECIEVED MY REWARDS VIDEOS,,i have notified "CAMILLE" without anything being done,,am i the only one with this issue,,
