I am running across many users buying and selling WITHOUT profile pictures or any other verification of their identity. I thought it was mandatory to have an updated profile picture as a minimum prerequisite to buy/sell

  I never received three items that I ordered through Dash bidding five and I order $100 bill and $20 bill with COA’s. came with it oh and a $500 bill and a vintage silver dime copy also did not arrive and . And I feel like I have been ripped off I will not buy anything from you ever again
