    Hi there, Hasty and Cindy! I sincerely apologize if you encounter this kind of issue in our app. Please try to clear your phone's cache by going into your phone Settings > Apps > 5miles. Then click on Clear Cache button. Alternatively, you can also try to uninstall and reinstall after, then reset your phone before trying to log in again.

    If these methods don not work, please send us a message at support@5milesapp.com with the details of 
    your issue and screenshots of any errors you receive. We'll get to the bottom of this!
