Seeing offers

My store chart shows much more activity than I am getting notifications for. It says I had an offer yesterday but I haven't seen an offer for a week or so on this item.

  Hi Tommy! Please try to clear your app's cache by going to your Settings > Clear Cache.
  Alternatively, you can try to uninstall the app, reinstall then restart your phone.

  Yea, pretty much same as last 2 posts. Cache dump didn’t help, and I see absolutely nothing concerning the ability to see the offers. Do they count messages as “offers” even if someone just asks a question?

  I have 2 offers and there's absolutely no place anywhere in the app to view offers and you can't even click on the offers in the activity area. This app doesn't even work. How can we sell anything when the app doesn't work
