Selling animals
I strongly discourage people selling animals on this or any other app. Little puppies and kitten aren't objects. I would like to hear your thoughts on this.

People don't ask for an adoption fee for profit. There's multiple costs to caring for a pregnant female, birthing the puppies may not always be natural (she may need surgery) and the vet won't do it for free, and mundane things like food, prenatal vitamins, parasite treatments, shampoo, etc. Some costs are never recooped through the adoption fee. No animals are not objects to be sold but do you and all those that object to adoption fees willing to pay those costs rather than allow adoption fees?You need to find a different way to address the problem with
1.puppy mills,
2.animals being used as bait to train fighting dogs who tear them to shreds or 3.to test new drugs where they endure torture.
Etc.
The average person goes to their vet to spay and neuter. Thank God they have the money to do it. But, what about those who can't afford to spay/neuter their pets? How do you keep them from adding to the pet over population? What about the long lines at the free/low cost spay/neuter clinics? The pets waiting can and do become pregnant or impregnate another pet. These people deserve an avenue to rehome those puppies and get the money it cost them to feed, keep hygenie living quarters, provide medical care. Adoption is not free nor should you expect it to be free because nobody gives away free food, medicine, vaccines, parasite treatments, feeding bowls. However, if you and all those that believe adoption should be free then make yourselves available to provide those things to the puplic be putting an ad with your contact information so those seeking to adopt can take the pregnant female for vet checks, pregnancy vitamins, parasite treatments, food, shampoo, c-section surgery, etc at your cost. If you can see that this would be overwhelming for those paying, you are right. It is better to let people recoup those costs through adoption fees.People get departed like the people that put a female and her full litter in a wooden box and threw it in the river. You can prevent such desperate acts. Others, have taken a hammer to the heads of newborn puppies/kittens. YOU CAN SO EASILY PREVENT SUCH HORRIBLE DESPERATE ACTS.

Lexi, every day I see more and more animals for sale or free. This is heart breaking and I have reported it every time I see it. I can't keep up selling my items because I am having to report this to management. I going to delete my account because of this. You need to have a filter to keep people from posting animals. In fact why don't you have one yet it's ridiculous. You don't see this on Market Place, VarageSale Sale, etc. I am no longer selling my items on this site.

No body on 5miles monitors these postings when it comes to breeders posting. It’s automated. You never chat live with a real person. I’m finding this out lol. If it was monitored by real people then they would give a time frame to investigate on animal postings & their breeding & thourly ( however it’s spelled ) read each posting.
