    Hi there, Lynn! Sorry to hear that you've had this problem through our app. Have you tried to communicate with the seller again regarding this? Perhaps you can come to an agreement in this situation.

    If this doesn't work out for you, you can report this user through the app by going to his profile, tap on the 3 dots in the upper right corner and select  'Report'. Make sure to input the details of the issue when you submit your report. Our team will carefully investigate the issue to see if the user needs to be disabled.
