Am I the only one that thinks there should be a fee only if you sell something instead of listing it?

  I was over charge for one time 4.99 sell fee try. My credit card WAS CHARGED $1 TIME 5 PLUS ANOTHER $4.99. EMAGE IS THE SELLER NAME.
