    Hi there Sylvia! If a Buyer buys your item with their debit or credit card, you will be notified and must deliver the item as arranged with the Buyer. Once the Buyer confirms he/she successfully received the item, the funds will transfer into your 5miles Balance where you can withdraw into your bank account. To track all transactions, go to Profile > Wallet > Payment History. *If you can’t find your money in your Wallet, please check if you have another 5miles account.*

    If there’s a dispute between you and the buyer, 5miles will act as a mediator to help reach a resolution. Just contact us at support@5milesapp.com We’re here for you!
