    Hi Lee! Please try to clear your phone's cache by going into your phone Settings >
    Apps > 5miles. Then click on Clear Cache button. Alternatively, you can also try to uninstall and
    reinstall after, then reset your phone before trying to log in again.

    your issue and screenshots of any errors you receive. We'll get to the bottom of this!
