BOOST BUTTON NO LONGER WORKS
My items only get boosted on the home page where it does no good for me. The app says the boost button boosts your items to the top of the feed" but it only does that on the home page where items are all mixed togeth, not in their specific category it is posted in. So is the home page considered "the feed" Ive gotten responses saying the boost button still works as intended, that my posts are just a little pushed down because of other new posts, but after scrolling and scrolling forever, i never found any of my posts!! I'd say the boost button is a SCAM. I lost all my sales due to this. you guys could probably care less if i left this app, but i think is BS to be saying your boost button boosts your items to the top and it DOESN'T. its not a glitch... It just no longer works. Im not paying for any selling tools that are just a replacement for what use to be a free boost feature.

I've been reporting that my Boost Button Does not work at all for the last 3 months. Customer agent Avigail tells me that she forwarded my ticket to the developers. Every single week I open a new ticket and her response is always the same. They are still working on it. Their support team as well as developers suck. It seems they might need to hire NASA to get a button to work. Totally ridiculously!!!
