Two rings I did it for one was 15 and the other was seven or eight

I made an order of some rings I paid for it and I have not gotten them back what happened to it it's I have a confirmation numbers of where is my rings that I ordered one was 15 and the other one was seven I think it was so where is it going on in a week I hope it's not a scam let me know please immediately I would really appreciate it I made an order and paid for the rings last week I have not seen my rings that I ordered and paid for I do have a confirmation number but have not received my rings if I have to come to credit card I will but please let me know what's going on with the rings that I did it for thinking have a good evening please let me know really soon
