    It has been over 48 hours, I have checked my junk mail, my primary mail, and I have not received any gift card code. I have proof in pictures that I redeemed it and have not got an email. Please give me back my coins or give me my amazon gift card code or I will take this to higher authorities.

    If y'all having problems getting your gift card like I am can't see your membership spread the word that it's no good they don't honor their word. Tell as many people not to join as possible let's put them out of business! Maybe if we start doing this they'll take notice

    I’ve been trying to get them to fix mine for 5 months now. I’ve turned in points enough for several gift cards. They keep closing my request saying it’s solved. Yet no human ever said a word and it shows on where they closed it. I have rightfully earned the money as have many others. We definitely deserve our gift cards. And some answers from actual human beings such as ourselves. They can run the app and update it. How about they start righting their very long list of wrongs.

    My first redemption went off without a hitch (this was many many months ago). Redeemed again in Sept 2023 for $20 and over a month later I haven't gotten my code. They claim the Amazon gift card is "out of stock" but can't give me a timeframe for resolution. The past week they aren't even replying to my emails anymore.
