To start earning Coins, you’ll need:
- A 5miles account – the first account registered on your device (Note: if you have multiple accounts on the same device, only the first account is qualified to earn coins)
- A verified US mobile number (required when redeeming rewards)
Coins can be redeemed for:

- Users can redeem for as low as $1 (one time only)
- Minimum redemption amount is $5 thereafter
- Can only be used for dash & deals
- Not applicable to car dash, sales tools or membership
- Must be used within 30 days
- Amazon Gift Cards
- Users can redeem for as low as $1 (one time only)
- Minimum redemption amount is $5 thereafter
- Has no expiry and can be used at Amazon website (US only)
The value that can be redeemed will depend on the number of Coins earned.

Coins Expiry
Any coins that have not been redeemed for 2 years from the time such coins were earned or awarded may be deemed expired and removed from your account.
How to Redeem:
- Make sure that you have verified your mobile number. Users with unverified mobile number will not be able to redeem rewards.
- On your Earn Money page, click on Redeem.
- Select the item you want to redeem your Coins for and click Redeem.
- Once redeemed, you will get a notification that confirms success.
- You can now use your rewards.
Kindly Note:
- Any form of cheating will result in ineligibility in claiming rewards and affecting your account.
- Only US users could be rewarded
- "Daily Check-in" and "Tasks Everyday" are based on the natural day of the CST time.

How do i use my rewards on the account thanks
I redeem 5000 coins for 5 amazon credit. it showed an error and coins were deducted without seeing any codes. How do i retrieve it.
It does NOT say on this page that it is MANDATORY that you have to invite someone in order to redeem the $1 Amazon GC but it won't let me redeem it after spending HOURS posting and browsing on this app just to get over the 1,000 coins needed for that GC transaction. I had over 1,200 coins as of yesterday and today am close to 1,500. Why would I refer anyone to something that I cannot confirm works?!

I too just redeemed 19,999 coins for the $20 Amazon gift card code which I received in the past but not this time. So, I reached out to support but haven't heard back or received the code yet.

I redeemed my points towards amazon gift card more than a month ago and I’m still waiting, every time I mailed them they responded don’t worry you’ll get your card but nothing happened
I see many people are experiencing the same issue that l'm having. Why offer us gift cards and never give them to us! All l receive is a generic email tell me don't worry. I bet we all receive there annoying advertising messages but when it comes to issuing gift cards we've earned they ignore our requests. After a month of waiting l've decided to remove this BS app from my phone
