If you are unsatisfied with your item in any way, you may contact customer service within 30 days of delivery to request a return or refund. Some conditions apply.

If you have not received an order, you can report the late delivery by selecting Bid Orders--> Order--> Customer Service.
After 60 days have passed from the shipment date, if the order still has not been delivered to the address provided, a refund will be processed.
It is not possible for 5miles to refund or reimburse the cost of foreign transaction fees, overdraft fees from your bank, additional postage due, Customs, VAT, or any other taxes or fees which were not included on your invoice and paid through this platform. If you incur these costs, we recommend consulting local import laws, as well as your post office or bank for additional details.
For the security of our customers, only a buyer's mailing address is shared with sellers. Issues with an order should only be resolved through the options provided within the platform under Bid Order. If a listing includes a seller's direct contact information, we strongly recommend using caution, as Buyer Protection does not cover any transactions that take place outside of this platform.
