*Note: A user's rating will only count once and if they choose to rate you multiple times, only the last rating given will be counted.

Liked the 5 star rating system. You had a good service, thats a big part of your successes... Do you really think these are improvements? They're not.
The new rating system is complete garbage. The ratings should be between buyer and seller, not every fool who sends a message to you about an item. All it takes are some immature little kids thinking it's a funny prank to do b.s. ratings and your trustworthiness to future potential buyers is gone. This needs to be changed back.
Why should a person who didn't buy from you be allowed to rate you? I had a no show and multiple failed attempts trying to set day n time to pick up item. Person gave negative rating.

Crazy I started noticing my sales with this particular app take a nose dive a few months ago. So I asked them about what has changed to cause this? They responded but didn't know the cause
Then after reading all of these comments💡💡💡I know why you fricken broke your app. Well guess what people I will develop an app the exact same way as 5miles use to be and I will use much of the same l open source code. I will be back to help all your old customers to a new experience
I've been with five miles for quite a while never did sell much and find mostly people just playing games saying they want to buy something and then back out. I don't use this much anymore that's one reason plus with the new rating system is why I rarely even come on here anymore. Sharon
I was trying to have a perfect rating, but people never respond. So you send another message, no response. I miss stuff so I tried again because item was not marked sold. I then received a bad review and was told to stop harassing them. Total BS, that's why you are selling stuff, for people to respond. Never had an issue with anybody else. Now I can't get rid of it.
Change it back, not fair at all, will be seeking legal advise about this unless I get a clear answer.
I don't even have a rating on here because I was screwed over by several buyers and left miles away wasting gas for nothing. I agree with most other posts on here that this is becoming some BS. Not really worth the time to detail all these items and boost them for nothing
Buyers reviews are all visible but count for one. Reason is because too many people made too many fake reviews and some bought reviews. This system isnt hurting anyone but is in all actuallity protecting against the scammers and theives that would make the fake reviews which brought them the victims they needed to do what ever they do. These scamers also looked at your much valued 5star ratings as targets. 5 stars ment that 1) You care only about pleasing the customer so if they wanted they could befriend you making a close buyer seller relationship learning all they can about you. 2) More than likely once they learn yoir normal products and meeting points now they are averaging your earnings and really looking at your high and low sales. 3) They flake on you. Then rearange flake again maybe or instead of simply flaking they come at you rushing the sale for whatever reason more than likely right after they know a big ticket item sold. Anyways the point is that reviews sewm like one thing to you but sadly its behind the scenes that some one else is looking at them another. No system is better or worse but one is safer than the other. Anyways. Its a safe bet that none of you even thought of it being for saftey and i could be wrong but lets not worry about that and be grateful some one is worrying about it for you.
Give me a break.... nobody cares about rankings. If I have what you want or vice versa, I’ll buy it. Threatening to go other places as if you don’t use them already.

The rating system sucks. I have a 100% on all reveiws of the buyers that left a reveiw. And so much more.goes into selling here. On time meets, good comunication, and selling quality items, non of this is taken into account with the new rating system. And if a buyer doesnt leave a review . It says nothing about how many sales you have made just the reveiws given.

What is going on?
I would like the 5 star rating back also. This doesn’t make sense. Example: I have 8 ratings that count as 7 , as 2 are from the same person. So 6 thumbs up/smiley face = +6; 1 no thumbs/strait face = +0/-0; and 0 thumbs down/sad face = +0/-0. Correct?
So why isn’t my rating higher than 86%? How are you doing the math here? 6+0=6 ? Maybe I’m doing my math wrong?¿?¿

5 stars is great why to fix something if it's not broken. I mean is working fine till now.

LetGo had the same problem until I wrote them and they fixed it. IF SOMEONE HAS NEVER DONE BUSINESS WITH YOU THEY HAVE NO RIGHT TO RATE YOU poorly and hurt your business. With this type of system it just opens up the door to slander-wars. Totally ridiculous, needs to be fixed at once. BUY something from me first and don’t flake... Then you can rate me. Thank you.
