The ratings have 3 level, positive（+1） /neutral（+0） / negative（-1）.
*Note: A user's rating will only count once and if they choose to rate you multiple times, only the last rating given will be counted.

Go back to the original rating system! Im almost at 200 ratings. The 5 star rating looks much better than the new system. Please change it back 8 hate this new system
I sort of notice that Boost thing Richard mentioned. Whenever I used to Boost, I would see more views on my items. Now I see no increase in views.
I do NOT like the new rating system either. They need to improve other parts of the app that actually need work.
Like all those 'No Shows' and trolls. They should eliminate the hot button 'Is it still available?' So that stops all those spam messages where they just send "Is it still available" and then you never hear from them again. Like they are bored and randomly sending messages for responses or something like that.
The hot button should read "I want to buy it" or "I am interested in buying it" so you don't get any of those spam messages and discourages trolls from contacting you.
They should also really take seriously and review any disputes on ratings, because there are a lot of people that go around harassing sellers if they feel they are competition.
I think instead of focusing on fixing something that is not broken (rating system); they should focus on fixing the issue with the 'no shows' and 'trolls'.
Hi, I REALLY want to go back to the old system. I just got started getting my reviews, and I like being able to explain why I did something, or to reply to my reviewers. Please change it back!
This sucks.. I'm uploading my items on Offer Up and unstalling this app...its like I'm fighting to get to the next level...your an idiot for changing the old way.
I too believe this rating system is a bunch of BS. working so hard for two years to keep me on top only to be brought back down over this stupid rating. 😠😠😠 Bring the old way back!!!!
I left a message days ago. Nothing bad in-no swearing etc. But it doesn't look like it's been posted. It says "Pending approval". Why? Are we not allowed to speak our minds. And obviously we now know you're screening what people are saying and deciding what gets seen and what doesn't. Why?
I Like the old 5miles Rating 5 stars ,upload pictures without having to crop ,now it takes more time to actually post because i have to deal with all this new stuff and its so Annoying !! Why fix something that's not broken ??? Change 5 miles back to its old ways . Not Happy at all with all this new stuff .

I agree with most of your users...your rating system is horrible..how is it that the sleep can make a negative comment on the prespective buyer because they didn't like the item..or it was not what they were looking for? Who buys without seeing the product? The camera hides certain flaws.well, just like all the others, guess I vented because certainly all they said has not changed the app back. Most of my time will be on OfferUp...but I suppose you guys own that one as well.

I had 100% rating !! THere is the one cheap Bi*** that wanted my couch for $50. I said no thank you politely and she was able to leave me a nefetibe review with out even buying anything from me. ????'not fair at all *

I don't like new rating system. Always been fair everyone and have great items listed. Been cheated out money on item your team never resolved issue and person still on 5Miles able to cheat someone else.

Why is my comment from 5 days ago still not showing up? Why does it still say Pending? Why is it Pending at all? If you're not posting all my comments/questions/concerns how many other peoples comments are not getting posted? There was nothing bad in my comment-just questioning whats going in with this app and the peoples whose job it is to run it. Whats the point of an open forum if there really is not freedom of ideas and opinions?
First of all I keep getting messages from 5miles itself... 8 to be exact telling me to adjust my price and maybe it'll attract more buyers. My price is ONLY $40 for a BRAND NEW BACK WINDOW FOR A 4X4 TRUCK, I bought for $80 my truck was just a littke taller than it. So in my opinion the price is just right!!! Don't tell me to lower it if I already did $40!!! Now it won't let me have it up until I DRAMATICALLY LOWER the price. Wth do you want it on free?!!? Now I see why my husband prefers offer Up. So mad!

Stupid rating system. you shouldn't let anyone just go and rate you if the person hasn't even meet you how can they be allowed to judge you. Especially if you've already sold a item they drug they're ass to buy or didn't even have money and offered bs you turn them down and now they get back at u writing some stupid misspelled comment. This is bull. Offer up doesn't allow it your going to lose my profile.
How to erase unfair negative feedback
Some people who has never been in a transactions in this page they sending review star's without buying nothing they sending one or two star's as review but nobody realize that is an other thing that 5miles doesn't catch on and qualified as bad seller's with sad faces and lower ratings with levels scores

I agree with everyone else! This new rating system is ridiculous on many levels. I don't care about someone's rating! I want to know if they showed up on time, were easy to deal with, answered any questions in a timely manner, did what they said they were going to do. This new system doesn't account for any of that and it is set up as a tit for tat rating system. I much prefer to be able to read what others have said and also the buyer/seller response. It gives me a much clearer picture of the type of person I'm dealing with! Change it back... it's what made this app a safer way to buy and sell!

The issues we take with the rating system are as compared to the previous 5 star rating system.
You don't care about someone else's rating. Um. Okay.. well, we do. Without leveling up like a video game, we care about our overall standing. In terms of stars, not smiley faces. Stars offer a clearer picture. We don't need levels and smiley faces and percentages to tell us what 5stars did so well.
You much prefer to be able to read what others have said and also the buyer/seller response. That didn't change.
It is really good reward for honest/ true seller and another hand punishement for some fake seller !!!👌👍✌️I love new rating system ❤️❤️❤️
I VERY MUCH prefer the 5-Star rating system! It's much clearer and easier to use and understand, and I, for one, fail to understand why you would change from a straightforward and almost universal system of rating performance to one that is Vague,Hard to Explain, Hard to Understand and once all is said and done, gives those attempting to decide on the level of positive performance and trustworthiness VERY LITTLE CLARITY AND MORE QUESTIONS THAN ANSWERS! This is my opinion, some may find the new system more streamlined and clear, but for myself, my own experience is the opposite.
